Sequoia Legal Welcomes Corporate and Transactional Attorney Caroline Baker to Its Denver Business Law Team
GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO, UNITED STATES, April 1, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Sequoia Legal, a Colorado-based business and international law firm, announced that Caroline Baker has joined the firm as an Associate Attorney. Baker advises small and mid-size businesses on corporate and transactional matters, including commercial agreements, contract drafting and review, negotiations, and mergers and acquisitions.
In her role at Sequoia Legal, Baker will work with companies at every stage of the business life cycle—from formation and structuring to strategic transactions and operational agreements. Her practice focuses on helping businesses manage legal risk while facilitating efficient commercial transactions.
Baker brings experience from both private practice and the technology sector. She began her legal career as an associate at Bernstein Liebhard in New York City. After relocating to Colorado, she practiced as a litigation associate at Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara and Frascona Joiner Goodman & Greenstein, where she served as second-chair counsel in two five-day jury trials in Denver and Boulder. She later worked at Qualia, a cloud-based SaaS platform for title and escrow companies, where she handled compliance matters and led cross-functional implementation of regulatory updates.
At Sequoia Legal, Baker will focus primarily on transactional matters and corporate governance, supporting the firm’s clients in structuring agreements, managing business relationships, and navigating complex commercial transactions.
“Caroline’s background in litigation, compliance, and transactional law brings valuable perspective to our clients,” said a representative of Sequoia Legal. “Her experience working across multiple legal environments helps businesses approach contracts and transactions strategically.”
Baker holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and earned her Juris Doctor with Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado.
Outside of her legal work, Baker is an accomplished endurance athlete. She competed for Team USA at the 2019 50k World Championships, qualified for the 2020 U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials, and has completed several ultramarathons, including the Leadville 100 and Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc. She enjoys running, skiing, and hiking with her husband and daughter.
